How to draw a polar bear
Learn how to draw a polar bear of your very own.
You will need:
- Pencil
- Pen
- Eraser
- Paper
- Colored pencils or crayons
- Ruler (suggested)
Jeff's Tips & Ideas : Use lightly sketched pencil lines first for the structure. After, use a pen to draw in the final lines. When you're finished, erase the underlying pencil lines to reveal your drawing. Then - color it!
Let's start! Follow step by step our easy indications below !
STEP 1
Begin with a simple cross. This helps to position the head in relation to the body.
STEP 2
Next, draw in two shapes - one... a circle for the head. And two... an oval for the body.
STEP 3
OK - now's the time to draw the face. Use the cross to help keep things symmetrical.
STEP 4
Finish off the head... ears... cheeks!... etc.
STEP 5
Mirror the arms on either side of the oval.
STEP 6
Now go ahead and finish it off - legs, belly button... whichever! :-)
A little color (yes - really a little... polar bears are white!) - and you're done! Hope you had fun!
