Evan Lysacek

Reigning world champion, Evan Lysacek is the first American man to capture the world title since 1996 which bodes well for his chances in Vancouver.  At 6'2”, Evan literally towers over his competition.  Evan is distinguished not only by his height but also by bringing a more modern sense of style to men's figure skating.  Shunning spandex and sequins, Evan has worked with designers such as Vera Wang to create his elegant costumes.  Evan skates four to six hours every day and feels most prepared for competition when he has been skating as much as possible.  We know where he will be between now and February 12th!
