How to draw a rhinoceros
Learn how to draw this cute rhino of your very own.
You will need:
- Pencil
- Pen
- Eraser
- Paper
- Colored pencils or crayons
- Ruler (suggested)
Jeff's Tips & Ideas : Use lightly sketched pencil lines first for the structure. After, use a pen to draw in the final lines. When you're finished, erase the underlying pencil lines to reveal your drawing. Then - color it!
Let's start! Follow step by step our easy indications below !
STEP 1
Here's a fun lesson - begin your rhino with three simple shapes - one after the other just like so...
STEP 2
Mark off the legs - and of course... the horn! Add two horns if you like.
STEP 3
Draw in its left eye.
STEP 4
Sketch in the horn - and then... bring it around to complete the upper part of the snout.
STEP 5
Complete the eyes. Add some ears. Top off the head with an arc.
STEP 6
Funny rhino teeth followed by the beginnings of its feet - things are looking good!
STEP 7
Now bring the legs into view - outside/closest to you - first... and then - the ones that fall in behind. Makes sense!
STEP 8
Complete the body. Draw its tail.
And with a 'touch of grey' - you're done! Nice job. :-)
