Frozen yoghurt

 

One of the kids' favorite dessert!

Easy to prepare

 

Frozen yoghurt

For 4 to 6 people:

         - 0,5 lb of frozen fruits (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
         - 1 lb of cold yoghurt
         - 2 tablespoons of honey

  

Cooking instructions:

Place fruit in food processor.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Add the cold yoghurt and honey.
Blend for about a minute until smooth.
Taste if sweet enough. (if not sweet enough, add more honey).

Either eat straight away, or place the bowl (covered) in the freezer to eat it later!
