Club sandwiches
Use 3 slices of buttered toasts for each sandwich.
Put lettuce and cold sliced chicken or pork on the first.
Spread on a little mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Top with the second slice and add tomato and bacon slices.
Top with the third slice, having added a little more dressing.
Press together.
Cut in quarters diagonally and serve, points upwards.
